The difference with an extension to a new build house is that client will most likely be living in the house while the extension is being built, this can cause some issues if not managed in the correct manner. At Hyland Bros LTD we have the experience of dealing with these types of projects on an on-going basis and can ensure you that the minimal amount of disruption will be caused to you and your family. The first step in doing this is discussing with you an access/egress plan for the works and a separate one for the house. The site will be fully secured to prevent entry of persons that should not be there.
